Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
FOLOKE offers free standard shipping on all orders over $90. For orders under $90, a flat rate of $10 applies to all destinations. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing and shipping. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If you need us to prioritize the processing of your order or wish to change the shipping method to express delivery, please contact us via email at support@foloke.com.
Please note that we will make every effort to expedite the processing and dispatch of your order upon receiving your request. However, certain circumstances may prevent us from prioritizing the order as requested. If the order has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify the shipping method. Handling Rules
All express delivery issues must be reported via the customer service email: support@foloke.com. FOLOKE reserves the right to:
- Request supplementary proof (e.g., unboxing videos).
- Deny replacements or refunds based on individual case assessments.
- Prohibit secondary returns for free replacement items.
Other Important Notes
Address Accuracy
Customers will need to cover the cost of reshipping if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete. Please double-check your shipping address — including apartment/unit numbers and zip codes — before completing your order.
Customs Duties & Taxes
The import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. FOLOKE has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If unpaid taxes or duties result in the package being returned, a 20% storage fee will be deducted from your refund.
Force Majeure Exemption
FOLOKE shall not be held liable for logistics delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, typhoons), pandemic control measures, wars, strikes, or customs clearance delays.
Risk & Loss
All goods purchased from FOLOKE are subject to a transportation contract. This means the risk of loss and ownership of such goods transfers to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

To safeguard your rights, we recommend:
- Tracking Logistics: Regularly check logistics status updates provided by the carrier. If there are no updates for more than 7 days, contact us immediately.
- Customs Coordination: Proactively contact local customs authorities to assist with clearance procedures if your international package is held.
- Verify Your Address: Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order to avoid unnecessary delays or additional costs.
